Having a local Moldovan provide transportation and interpretation while AgConnect Ministries and AgriService Moldova personnel travel and administer the projects in Moldova, makes it so much easier for them to focus on the projects, travel with greater ease and freedom, and to be able to communicate well with the people they are serving.
This also serves as a much welcomed source of income for the ones providing the services. By staying with local families and generously paying for room and board, it helps to develop a lasting relationship. This is another way that these ministries can support local believers.
